We have served the Layton and Blackpool communities since May 1987 when the firm was founded by Mick Potts, who had been in the funeral profession since 1977, and his wife Jenny. Their son David joined the business in 1990, and following Mick’s sad death in 2004, Jenny and David are in charge of running the business.
As a completely independent, family-run concern, and members of the National Association of Funeral Directors, we ensure that you have the same point of contact and support throughout the whole process of organising the funeral. Funeral arrangements are made personally by David Potts and Malcolm Thexton, who have a combined total of over 35 years’ experience in the funeral profession. Our 24-hour service, meanwhile, allows you to contact us at any time of the day or night, to discuss your individual needs as you come to terms with your grief.
